Step 1: Schedule Your Practice Analysis

Step 2: Practice Analysis Call
- Our advisor will call at the scheduled calendar slot
- and go through our proprietary analysis tool with you
- The tool will help with fact finding and discover the pain points of your practice
- Phone call should last from 30-45 minutes
- Our advisor will also coordinate the analysis results call for 5 days later
- (Best performed with the practice owner or business manager)
Step 3: Results with Recommendations
- After our team of experts reviewed and analyzed the notes from your Practice Analysis session (this process takes 5 days), our advisor will go through the results in detail with you
- This includes:
- - Practice Revenue Report: potential revenue impact
- - The recommended services that will resolve your pain points and get your practice to the next level
- Service Agreement is presented
- Session is around 90 minutes
- (Optional demo can be scheduled along this session)
Step 4: Implementation
Once an agreement is signed, and set up fee is cleared; our implementation team will start optimizing your practice. Due to the uniqueness of each client's current situation, our team will work closely with your practice from data migration, customization to training.
